About Attorney Yaran Pan     

The legal practice of Attorney Yaran Kathy Pan exclusively focuses on the US immigration and naturalization laws. Attorney Pan received her Bachelor’s & Master’s Degrees of Law from School of Law at Peking University in China and a Master's degree of Law (L.L.M.) at Indiana Law School, Bloomington, IN. Attorney Pan is a registered attorney in the New York Bar, and admitted as a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

    Attorney Pan established this law office in early 2000, and has been specializing in the applications of permanent residences (green cards) for foreign professionals through Labor Certification (PERM), EB-11 (Alien with Extraordinary Ability), EB-12 (Alien as an Outstanding Researcher), N.I.W. (National Interest Waiver) and other special cases. In addition to the employment based immigration categories, Attorney Pan also focuses on the applications of H, L, R, P, O, E2, E3 and K visas, family-based immigrant visa, naturalization, and consular processing. Deportation and others are also among this office's practice. 

     Attorney Pan was formerly a legal consul for many Chinese companies and a corporate attorney with one of the most famous law firms in Beijing that is associated with the Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Ministry of P. R. China.
